Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Harmonia Pass (planned)
Harmonia Pass is not yet available, and no subscriptions are active today. Once it launches, you'll be able to cancel at any time from your account settings, retain full Pass access until the end of your current billing period, and then move to the free tier. We do not plan to offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you will never be charged again after cancelling.
What will happen to your music when you cancel (planned)
This describes how we plan for cancellation to work once Harmonia Pass launches — it is not in effect today, and every project you create now is already free to keep. Cancelling your Pass will never delete your projects: all your songs will remain safely stored in your Harmonia library, permanently. On the free tier, you'll be able to continue listening to your 3 most recently edited songs; the rest will remain visible in your library but locked until you reactivate your Pass. Commercial rights granted to any song generated while your Pass was active are intended to remain valid permanently, even after cancellation.
Generation credits (planned)
Credit packs are not yet available to purchase. Once introduced, they will be one-time purchases and non-refundable once used. We intend for unused credits not to expire and to remain usable on your account indefinitely, including after cancelling your Pass — generations made on the free tier will have free-tier limitations applied to the output.
Billing issues
Harmonia does not charge you for anything today, so this section will apply once billing launches. If you ever believe you've been charged in error, contact us at harmonia.platform@gmail.com with the subject line Billing Issue and we'll investigate and resolve it promptly.
