Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Harmonia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

What Harmonia is

Harmonia is an AI-powered music creation platform delivered as a web-based SaaS product. It allows users to generate music, learn to play it, and release it — all in one place.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Harmonia. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Free tier and Harmonia Pass (planned)

Harmonia is currently free to use while we build out the platform — no payment is required today. We plan to introduce a free tier (3 generation credits on signup, limited features) alongside Harmonia Pass at £6.99/month, which will unlock stems, the full Learn layer, all export formats, commercial rights, and unlimited project storage. Pass will not include generation credits — these will be purchased separately as credit packs (available in various sizes) and used to generate songs. We intend for credits not to expire. Pricing described here is planned and may change before launch; we'll give existing subscribers reasonable notice of any changes once billing is active.

Payments (planned)

Payments are not yet enabled — Harmonia does not charge you for anything today. When billing launches, payments will be processed securely by Stripe and charged in GBP. Harmonia Pass will renew automatically each month until cancelled — you'll be able to cancel at any time from your account settings. Credit packs will be one-time purchases that do not renew.

Refunds (planned)

No payments are currently taken, so there is nothing to refund today. Once billing launches, we plan to offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied with Harmonia — contact us at harmonia.platform@gmail.com to request one once payments are active. This refund window will not apply until billing launches.

Your content

You own the music you generate using Harmonia. We do not claim any rights over your creations. You are solely responsible for how you use, share, or distribute content created on the platform.

AI generated content

Harmonia uses third-party AI models to generate music. We cannot guarantee specific outputs, styles, or results. AI-generated content may vary and is provided as-is. You should verify that any content you publish complies with applicable laws.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Harmonia to:

• — create or distribute illegal content
• — harass, abuse, or harm other users
• — attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform
• — use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

AI prompt restrictions

Harmonia's music generation is powered by third-party AI providers. You agree not to include the names of real artists, song titles, or record labels in prompts, lyrics, or any input used to generate content. This restriction protects Harmonia's ability to continue offering the service and complies with our AI provider's usage terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. Where possible, we will notify you before taking action.

Limitation of liability

Harmonia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by email or via a notice in the platform. Continued use of Harmonia after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
